Darren Lemon, General Manager
Darren has strategic responsibility for maintaining, building and strengthening eircom’s relationship with government and the broader business community in Northern Ireland. He has more than 20 years experience in delivering solutions to the public and private sector and was previously Managing Director for Northgate’s education business, a long-term partner in the C2k schools project. Darren is a member of the Institute of Directors and the Sales Institute of Ireland.

Colin Hamill, Business Development Manager
With more than 20 years experience in ICT, Colin is focused on developing eircom Northern Ireland's customer base in the central and local government sector and the health sector. Previously he was Major Projects manager with BT and was part of the team that worked with DETI to deliver 100% broadband for Northern Ireland. In previous roles Colin was also responsible for the first major IP telephony implementation in Ireland.

Bertie Notley, Business Development Manager
With over 25 years experience in ICT, including previous senior roles with BT and Cara, Bertie is focussed on developing eircom Northern Ireland's business in the enterprise sector and in government sectors including criminal justice and education. His experience enables him to offer NI decision-makers advanced technological expertise combined with strategic sectoral knowledge. He is an accredited CESG CLAS consultant with experience in providing IT security advice to government.

Jonathan Magee, Pre-sales Consultant
Jonathan has over 10 years experience in IT for the government and enterprise sectors, and for the past 5 years he has specialised in design and delivery of IP telephony (IPT) and Unified Communications (UC) solutions. His pre-sales work supports the business development team through the design of LAN/WAN infrastructures, and design and implementation of IPT and UC solutions. Jonathan holds a BA (Hons) Information Management from Queens University Belfast.

Leading the Service Management team, Diane is responsible for the development and on-going operation of high quality processes, organisational structures and systems. She has over 16 years experience in the IT sector, comprising strategic experience within the utilities and public sectors. Her core capabilities lie in service managing large-scale projects including the delivery of Key Performance Indicators. Diane is a DSDM Certified Practitioner, PRINCE 2 Certified Practitioner, an ITIL Certified Manager (Red Badge) and ISO/ IEC20000 Consultant.

Mark Nixon, Programme Manager
Mark Nixon is responsible for the establishment and ongoing implementation of the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) Network NI project, drawing on more than 15 years of project management experience in the private and public sector. His successful large scale implementations include a new ICT Infrastructure for the NIO (Oasis) and ICT implementation for schools with Classroom 2000 (Lots 1-3) and is a PRINCE 2 Certified Practitioner.

Shane Haslem, Network Operations Centre Manager
Shane is responsible for the management of our state-of-the-art Network Operations Centre (NOC), where his team oversees and implements the critical technical support for large-scale contracts including Network NI. He has more than 10 years experience in the telecoms sector and a strong technical background in Microsoft and Cisco. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing with accreditations including Cisco CCNP, CCVP, Cisco Wireless specialist, CCIE (Written), ITIL foundation.

Mark Rushby, Senior Network Engineer
Mark is an experienced and qualified CCIE with over 10 years’ experience in Networking. He has worked in the government, financial and enterprise sectors and is used to working in intensive situations and time restrictive environments with strict control processes. He supports the business development and implementation teams through the design of LAN / WAN infrastructures and is the design specialist responsible for the maintenance of eircom NI’s core MPLS networks.
